CalActive.com is now offering a low price guarantee on all activity purchases. CalActive's activities will always cost the same or less than the retail price through the vendor. If you ever find you paid more than it costs directly through the vendor, CalActive will refund you the difference. We are always working very closely with our vendors to ensure the lowest price available online.

Bottom line, if you find the same activity offered by the same vendor for a lower price, we will give you back the difference. No questions asked.

It is simple to claim your refund. Always make sure you copy, print, or create a screen shot of the lower rate you found. Here are some details on how to request a low-price guarantee refund:

• Orders must be a minimum of $20 to be valid for refunds.
  
  
• You must submit your refund request within 48 hours of placing your order with CalActive. The only time you may submit a refund request after the 48 hour period is if you arrive at your activity and find that the vendor is offering a lower retail rate (discounts and specials are not included).
  
  
• To submit your request, send an email to info@calactive.com with your name, order number, home address, phone number, and proof (price list, flyer, receipt, web address, etc.). You may also mail your request to:

• Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of CalActive. CalActive reserves the right to verify all details before providing refund. All refunds will be processed only to the credit card used to purchase the activity.
